Job Description:

We are looking for Digital Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are passionate about sales, technology, and client engagement. The ideal candidates will help drive Tachyon’s digital growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across technology and digital service lines. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to expand Tachyon’s customer base, develop targeted strategies, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through digital channels, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and lead generation tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  Work with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital outreach campaigns and drive lead conversion.

• Understand client requirements and map them to Tachyon’s digital solutions and service offerings.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience for Junior BDE / 2–5 years for Mid-level BDE in IT or Digital Solutions sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and digital sales methodologies.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
