Key Responsibilities:
1. RFP/Bid Management:
- Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, coordinating inputs from various teams to deliver high-quality, customized proposals.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and solution descriptions to streamline the bid process.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and adherence to timelines for RFP submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create winning strategies for competitive bids, including pricing models and technical approaches.
- Conduct post-bid analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Proposal Writing:
- Craft persuasive and comprehensive proposal documents that effectively address client pain points, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism in all written communication.
- Tailor proposals to highlight the value of digital services, including SAP, Salesforce, Analytics, and Automation tools.
3. Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and transformation goals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations showcasing relevant use cases and solutions.
- Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW) and solution blueprints, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify leads, contributing to pipeline growth.
4. Solution Design & Technical Support:
- Work closely with subject matter experts to design and architect solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication of solution benefits.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of pre-sales and bid management processes.
- Provide feedback on client needs and competitive insights to inform strategy and service offerings.
6. Market Awareness & Thought Leadership:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in digital services.
- Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and other thought leadership initiatives to enhance organizational visibility.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to stay ahead of market demands.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, pre-sales, or consulting roles within IT services.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP modules, Salesforce solutions, Analytics platforms, and Automation tools.
- Proposal Management: Proven experience in leading RFP/RFI responses and creating impactful proposals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or Automation platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Experience in digital transformation projects and global client engagements.
