Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bid Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end bidding process for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will lead bid responses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and high-quality submissions that align with company goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of the bid process, including RFP/RFI analysis, proposal development, submission, and post-bid follow-up.

Lead strategy development for winning proposals by collaborating with sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams.

Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal governance policies.

Develop bid schedules, allocate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.

Review and refine technical and commercial content to align with the win strategy.

Maintain a repository of standard bid documents, case studies, and templates for reuse.

Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

4–8 years of experience in bid/proposal management, preferably in IT/Consulting services.

Strong understanding of the sales and business development lifecycle.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Familiarity with bid tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus.

Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
