Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Practitioner with SAP EWM expertise to support Hypercare activities for warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration, testing, and master data setup, with the ability to provide onsite support during warehouse go-live and Hypercare phases. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to manage system-related issues in a fast-paced production environment and provide direct support to warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite Hypercare support during SAP EWM go-live at one of several locations.

• Assist warehouse operations with SAP EWM processes such as inbound receiving, production integration, and outbound shipping.

• Guide users in the day-to-day use of RF-enabled tablets and scanners for warehouse operations.

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and defects reported by warehouse users.

• Conduct SAP EWM configuration, testing, and master data setup as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations during Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.

• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with end-users and project teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Document system changes, defect resolutions, and operational procedures.

Professional Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration, testing, and master data setup.

• Experience supporting SAP EWM go-live activities and providing Hypercare support.

• Strong understanding of SAP EWM processes: inbound, outbound, inventory management, and production integration.

• Experience working with RF devices and scanners integrated with SAP EWM.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues in warehouse operations.

• Excellent communication skills for user support and cross-team collaboration.

• Ability to work onsite and support warehouse staff directly during critical phases.
