Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Adobe Workfront Lead Developer & Support Specialist to drive the configuration, customization, and ongoing support of Adobe Workfront across our enterprise. This individual will serve as the technical point of contact for all things Workfront—leading implementations, building out integrations, and solving the real-world pain points of users across departments like Marketing, IT, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to business needs.

Configure Workfront objects, including Projects, Templates, Custom Forms, Reports, Dashboards, Portfolios, and Programs.

Create complex calculated fields and automate workflows to improve efficiency.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workfront configurations.

Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain platform health.

Integrate Workfront with other enterprise tools via Fusion, APIs, or third-party connectors (e.g., Slack, Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Stay current on Workfront product updates and roadmap features; recommend improvements or new capabilities.

Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
Professional Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including advanced configuration and administration.

Experience acting as the Workfront SME or platform owner in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

Proficiency in Workfront Fusion, Workfront API, and scripting for automation and integration.

Strong understanding of project management principles and agile workflows.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product, etc.).

Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support experience.
