Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design and build scalable low-code business solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, automating workflows, and integrating Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.

• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.

• Work with Dataverse to manage schema, relationships, and business rules.

• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Implement best practices for security roles, data validation, and error handling.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional apps and flows.

• Engage with various business and process owners to drive out the automation, process enhancement requirements, and plan the deliverables

• Actively participate in all the strategic discussions around automation roadmap, related various projects and plan the deliverable in collaboration with all the stakeholders

• Work on the development/automation of projects in the Sprint model

• Utilize JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate to build the decided automations and PowerBI to build reports as per requirements

• Attend and contribute to sprint planning, sprint review & scrum ceremonies

• Keep the project/deliverable phases, status of all the deliverables, discussions regarding the deliverables up to date in Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Proactively envision the automation opportunities through data analysis

• Cross-collaboration with the stakeholders in India, Europe and USA and offshore team based in India.

Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

• Strong knowledge of Power Fx, formulas, and UI logic.

• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams integration.

• Understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions, and connectors.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• 5+ years of total experience with 1-2 years of Power Apps Development.

• Experience in Power Platform – PowerApps/portal/Canvas etc.

• Knowledge of Dataverse is a preferred.

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.

• Good development experience with Java Script.

• Should be interested in data and business analysis required for subsequent development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills as this role has daily interaction with stakeholders across geographies.
