Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and provide administrative support for daily office operations. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and handle basic inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and other deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Maintain office supplies inventory related to front office needs and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation.
- Support HR and Admin departments in coordination and communication.
- Follow and enforce office policies and security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar front office or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in administration or a related field is a plus.
